Battery

Warning 1

Never store the scooter for several days with a discharged battery. This could cause serious and irreversible damage to the battery.

Warning 2

Only charge your batteries at a battery exchange station of the ZEWAY network or with the charging dock provided by ZEWAY in a room with a temperature between 0°C and 40°C.

Warning 3

It is forbidden to expose a battery to water or rain for a long time.

Warning 4

If the battery is severely damaged or shocked:

1. Do not attempt to recharge it at a ZEWAY exchange station or from home with the charging cable or dock.
2. Do not use it on your scooter.
3. Store your battery in a ventilated area, away from heat sources and combustible materials.
4. Alert the ZEWAY customer service department.

Warning 5

In case of a burning smell, smoke or fire, contact the fire brigade and set up a safety perimeter around the battery as far as possible.
