Refusal to exchange batteries
An automatic battery check procedure is carried out when the battery is exchanged. This procedure may lead to the refusal of the battery exchange.
The problems encountered
There are several problems that can lead to a refusal to exchange batteries:
- Customer subscription problem (unpaid, termination, suspension, reported theft, area of use, etc.).
- Hardware problem, either defective (battery or exchange station (BSS) out of order), or preventive incapacity to ensure the safety of users (black-listed battery, overheating at the BSS).
- Availability problem (no battery is yet charged in the exchange station).
In case of problem, follow the indications reported on the exchange station screen or contact customer service.
