Lay the skirt on the scooter.
Close the central Velcro.
Attach the strap.
Attach the skirt to both sides of the scooter with the screw and to the right with the wire rope.
Attach the central strap.
Pull each strap to tighten the skirt
Inflate or deflate the skirt.
