Battery

Warning 1

Never store your scooter for several days with a discharged battery.

This could cause serious and irreversible damage to the battery.

Warning 2

Only charge your batteries in a battery exchange station in the ZEWAY network or with the charging dock supplied by ZEWAY in a room with a temperature between 0°C and 40°C.

Warning 3

Do not expose a battery to water or rain for any length of time.

Warning 4

In the event of severe shock to the battery or damage to the battery :

1. Do not attempt to recharge it at a ZEWAY exchange station or from home using the charging cable or dock.
2. Do not use it on your scooter.
3. Store your battery in a ventilated area, away from sources of heat and combustible materials.
4. Alert ZEWAY customer service.

Warning 5

In the event of a burning smell, smoke or fire, contact the fire brigade and, if possible, set up a safety perimeter around the battery.
