Refusal to exchange batteries

The battery is automatically checked when it is exchanged.

This procedure may lead to the battery being refused.

Problems encountered

A number of problems can lead to a battery being refused for exchange.

Problem 1

Customer subscription problem (unpaid, cancellation, suspension, declared theft, area of use, etc.).

Problem 2

Hardware problem, either faulty (battery or exchange station (BSS) out of order), or preventive inability to ensure the safety of users (black-listed battery, overheating in the BSS).

Problem 3

Availability problem (No battery is yet charged in the exchange station).
