Step 1 Install the skirt on the scooter

Step 2 Attach the central Velcro fastener

Step 3 Reattach the 3 straps on each side

Step 4 Hang the 2 straps under the scooter

Step 5 Screw in the 2 screws, one on each side

Step 6 Pull each strap to tighten the skirt
