Part 1 of 5

Periodicity of visits

The first service is at 1000 km on the odometer, subsequent services must be carried out every year or every 3,500 km, whichever comes first. You will receive a message from us to inform you and to make an appointment in the assistance network partner: DOC'BIKER.

The maintenance included in the subscription provides for:

  • Checking the braking elements.
  • Checking the state of the suspensions.
  • Checking the bearings.
  • Checking the handles
  • Checking tyre pressure and wear parts will be changed free of charge, up to a limit of one set of tyres and one set of pads (for front and rear disc brakes) for the duration of your contract.

To look after your scooter:

  • Avoid leaving the frame dirty for a long time.
  • Use a soft sponge soaked in water and shampoo to soften the accumulated dirt, rub with the sponge, rinse and dry.
  • Do not wash your scooter when it is very hot or very cold, as this may damage it.
